IMG_0012Hummus is a delicious dip and simple to make especially if you have a food processor.


425g chickpeas, drained

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup tahini

2 cloves garlic, or to taste

pinch of salt (I use Murray River salt)


Whizz in food processor until creamy. Add a bit more lemon juice if it’s a bit dry.
